We want everyone to be involved in the life of Myers Park United Methodist Church, member or guest!
 

If, however, you have thought about making a commitment to our church family, we would love for you to explore becoming a member of our congregation.

Step One, 9:45 a.m., Francis Chapel: During the second or third Sunday of each month (unless otherwise noted below), our church hosts Newcomer Orientation. During this session Rev. Shane Page, Minister of Evangelism and Involvement, along with other members and staff, will welcome you to our congregation, answering your questions about our church and providing a snapshot of our United Methodist beliefs, practices, and missions. There is no obligation to join and worship care is always available.

Step Two, 9:45 a.m., Francis Chapel: Here we begin narrowing our focus on you, helping you answer the questions, "What is God calling me to do at Myers Park? Where should I begin? What can I offer? How can I get involved?" We will help you get connected to the life of our church, ensuring your membership here is as rewarding as it can be.

Those who have completed these steps can then join on a designated Sunday of the month during any one of our four morning worship services.
