Sunday Worship

Hear this week's sermon on our main page.

Five worship opportunities are available every Sunday morning:

Church in the Round Service - 8:45 a.m.
An alternative, more informal service, known as Church in the Round, with piano, drums, saxophone and other instrumentation is held from 8:45 - 9:30 a.m. in Jubilee Hall on the upper level of the Parish Life Building.

Access is gained from the Queens Road entrance.  Preaching is rotated among all the clergy on staff.  Music is led by Dr. Thomas Moore and an intergenerational choir known as the Church in the Round Singers.
Sanctuary Services - 8:30 a.m, 9:45 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
Three traditional services are held in the sanctuary with organ and chancel choir at 8:30 a.m., 9:45 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.. The Senior Minister is normally the preacher; however, the pulpit is shared periodically with other staff clergy and guests.  Lay members serve as readers and staff clergy as liturgists.
Holy Communion - 9:30 a.m.

The Sacrament of Holy Communion is offered every Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. in the small Chapel next to the Sanctuary. This service, administered by one of our retired clergy, concludes in time for participation in a Sunday School Class, if desired.
