Chancel Choir
The keystone of our church's music ministry, the Chancel Choir presents traditional and distinctive sacred choral music throughout the liturgical year. Participation is open to high school seniors and adults of all ages who desire to share their musical talents in weekly worship services and seasonal concerts. Choral music experience is preferred although not required. Members are expected to attend regularly scheduled rehearsals and services.

Women's Choir
The Women’s Choir offers its members an opportunity to experience sacred music of varying styles while enjoying a group rich in fellowship and joy. Open to women of all ages, this choir provides monthly music leadership and performs for United Methodist Women events and outreach programs.

Adult Handbells
The Adult Handbell Choir welcomes all adults who can read music at a minimal level and are interested in the techniques of handbell ringing. The choir performs regularly in scheduled worship and special occasion services throughout the year.
Church in the Round Singers
Church in the Round Singers invites people of all ages who enjoy worshiping through a variety of music styles, including contemporary, blended and gospel. This group leads Church in the Round worship Sundays at 8:45 a.m. in Jubilee Hall. Instrumentalists are invited as well!
Rehearsals: Wednesdays 6:30 pm-7:30 pm in Francis Chapel; Sundays 30 minutes prior to worship. For more information about the Church in the Round Singers, contact Jimmy Jones, Director of Music, at 704-295-4809 or jimmy@mpumc.org.
Myers Park Chorale
The Myers Park Chorale is a new group open to anyone who wants to perform with a mixed ensemble without making a long-term commitment. They will provide vocal leadership for the 8:30 am worship service once a month.
