Classes

There are two levels of Wired 4 Ministry classes: 101 and 201
Registration is required for both classes.
Childcare is not available for the Wired 4 Ministry classes.


Wired 4 Ministry 101: Discover Your S.H.A.P.E.

A 2 1/2 hour class (can be adapted for a longer time frame for individual groups.)  

By using the Wiring Workbook and completing a variety of short exercises, Wired 4 Ministry gives an overview of your S.H.A.P.E. components and illustrates how they fit together to determine God's plan for your life of ministry, both in your universal and individual callings.  Great for any small group or you can also sign up individually for a class. 

Before taking a W4M class, you need to complete a few exercises prior to class. Class materials are available in Room 117 (next door to the gift shop) inside the labeled white drawers to the right under the framed Wired 4 Ministry logo.

Pick up 4 things:
  1. The class information letter telling what you'll need to do
  2. The Spiritual Gifts Inventory
  3. The Inventory scoring sheet
  4. W4M Wiring Workbook.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              ***The bottom drawer has an envelope to put the materials in.  
Prior to class, complete the exercises listed in the letter. Bring all materials with you to class.

When and where is W4M offered?
For open registration, we typically offer two time options on a monthly basis. Classes are held in Room 106 of the Parish Life Building:

  • ­The second Tuesday or Thursday evening of each month from 6:30 - 9:00 PM
  • ­The third Monday morning of some months from 9:30 AM - noon
  • For groups of four or more, classes can be scheduled for other dates and time frames.

  • Prerequisite: Wired 4 Ministry 101
An eight-hour small group format ~ typically two hour classes over four weeks. THIS CLASS IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This four week class will be a follow up to the W4M class. Through weekly exercises, personal reflection and small group sharing, this class will offer the most in-depth exploration into your personal calling from God. You'll have some "AHA" moments as you gain an even deeper appreciation of who and what God created you to be through your S.H.A.P.E. and you'll be on your way to discovering your Passion Empowering Purpose! *Cost: $10.00 for class materials
