2012-2013 Enrollment Information
The United Methodist Church promotes an Open Mind, Open Hearts and Open Doors policy in its outreach to the community and beyond. As a ministry of Myers Park United Methodist Church, The Children's Circle also promotes this policy and admits children without regard to race, color, creed, sex or national origin. 

1. Complete an application for your child.

2. Attach registration fee checks to application. Checks should be made out to Myers Park United Methodist Church or MPUMC and include "TCC Application Fee-Your Child's Name" in memo line. 
$100 - first child
$50 - each additional child (separate checks please.)

*Note: The Five Year Old Class requires one month's tuition in addition to the registration fee. This is non-refundable and will be applied to May 2013 tuition.

3. Please return all forms and fees together to the preschool office or mail to:

Registration Deadlines
February 1, 2011 at 1:00pm: Currently Enrolled Families
February 8, 2011 at 1:00pm: New Families, including church members not currently enrolled

A lottery is held for the various class options. Currently enrolled families (church members and non-members) with siblings have first opportunity for placement. Church members not currently enrolled are placed next, followed by families from the community for any spaces remaining.  Children must be of age by August 31st for all age levels.

4.  In the event your child is placed on the waiting list, your registration fee will be returned. The registration fee is non-refundable if your child is placed in a class. Waiting lists will be maintained throughout the school year. For children enrolled in the program, a non-refundable tuition prepayment deposit will be due by May 1, 2012.

Enrollment Open Houses
To learn more the program, we encourage you to attend one of The Children's Circle Open Houses on Thursday, January 19, 2012, at 10am or Tuesday, January 31, 2012, at 10am.
